Vox/Frogfoot are unreliable

I have been on the phone for 2 calls trying to get through to the "technical" team at Vox to assist me in getting Frogfoot to move my router from one room to the new extension in my home. This started in February and we are now in April. The service sucks. We have put the piping on place and drilled the hole in the wall where the unit must be moved to. The work will take 30 minutes max but to get Frogfoot here to do it is impossible. One gentleman came to look and said his office would get back to us. Thos was a month ago. I am still waiting. Disgusting service all round. I cannot hold on for endless minutes listening to stupid music while I wait for someone to wake up and help me.
