Vox/Frogdoot...Intermittent connectivity fault

Lost of internet signals.....this become a problem more and more......Vox Notice: Frogfoot Fibre Services FTTH. Western Cape. Customers may experience problems with intermittent connectivity. Fault has been escalated to Frogfoot for investigation. Further feedback to follow.....can we ask credit on the time that you experience problems while you escalate for investigation and then resolving the problem...and we are battling to use because of this? Surely we can ask for this?
