Voxcom *****ing from me since 2008 through ******* debit

Voxtelecom have been debiting an amount from my account via a debit order since 2008 without my written or verbal consent for a service I have never used. It is with absolute discuss that I have to now deal with these charletans to stop them from *****ing from me.
