VOX YOU ARE PATHETIC

Good evening, this is really getting boring now. It does not help to phone technical support, all they can tell you is put of your router for 10 min and then the line speed will improve. If you do that it is even worse. This is an ongoing thing for two months, last month Vox refunded me for this month you can go and check my phone calls to support. Line is running very unstable and don"t get my 200mgb line speed that I pay for. VOX YOU ARE PATHETIC if you can not give a service don"t say you can and don"t take peoples money this is called steeling even in South Africa. Thanks Marius
