The worst wifi company in south africa ,the changed my subscription without noticed so i cancelled with them ,they said some1 wil pick up the router ,bt nobody even contacted me ,and there are no offices where u can drop off ,after that they say u must pay R1999 for the router or courier the the router! My advice is stay away from vox if u know wats good for u!poor service and no offices to complain ,even phoning them is a waste of time .
