Vox worst service V

Hi there

If I were to rate Vox it will be zero, their service is very bad, especially when you have cancelled with them for another service provider, I cancelled with them and I also paid them in full and they said they will send someone to collect the hardware, they sent an email on the 23rd of May that they will come and collect on the 27th may 2024, I arranged for someone to wait for them, but they never showed up and they also didn’t call, up until now last week they told me I owe them R2000, no sms, no calls nothing, I asked them for proof that they did try to contact me, they said they don’t have, Vox is the worst service provider ever!
