VOX - Worst Service Provider on Earth

Its been more than 2 weeks since we have had internet service or landline communication. VOX have no feedback or solution for this issue. They do not respond to tickets, account managers who suck. No clue what a telecom company has to do yet we pay astronomical rates for terrible service. My advice to you, DO NOT USE VOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You won't have network communication for half of your contract and yet it is 3 months' notice for termination.
