VOX worst service imaginable

My line has been down for 2 weeks, Vox has no clue how to fix my issue, I have been calling everyday to find out what is happening, I have over 3000 anytime minutes on Vox, I have requested a manger every time, they are always busy, and will call me within the hour, this has been a very long hour, lasting days now!!! VOX DOES NOT CARE ABOUT A SMALL HOME USAGE CLIENT!!! From the beginning of feb, until today, I have no idea what is wrong with my line, I am unable to reach a manager, and my ticket will be escalated, that just buys them another 72 hours to make you wait!!! This has been the worst and most rediculous service I have ever experienced
