Vox- Worst service ever! Would not recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would!

If you looking to install fibre into your residence, don’t use Vox, the absolute worst service in the country. Pretty sure the ANC will get their service delivery issues sorted out and stop *****ing from the nation, long before VOX can provide me with an update as to why no one has been round to my house to install my fibre line. No one can tell me why my modem has been delivered without having a line inside the house installed.

Have sent countless emails to only get a ticket number with no response or follow ups, and if you think calling them will work think again. I have called them endlessly asking what’s happening only to be told “there’s nothing I can do but I will escalate the issue”. It’s now almost a month that this has been going on for.

On top of all that I get sent an invoice from these wonderful people for two months of full fibre usage.

Without a doubt the worst service provider in the country.
