VOX WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company I zero rating at this point I really would. The one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. The sales rep is more concerned about his commission (I think) than cancelling everything. After my initial complaint I am still being charged cancellation fees and I have to pay for something that is not working!!!!! Vox is worse than dealing with a government department and that says a lot.....
