Vox worst service

I am really disappointed with the service from Vox. After their technicians installed the router its been a month abd still I have no internet access because their support team wont fix the problem. They are forever saying they are escalating the issue and they will get back to us but they actually never do. The worst part I'm being billed for a service that im not getting. The person in charge of my account is a guy named Nimayi Chunilal and he's always lying that he's escalating the issue and doesn't respond to emails.
