VOX worst Fibre provider

My only regret for the year is getting Vox as my wifi provider, paying for a 10mb line which seems to be less than 4mb almost daily! I can't get through to the customer care line, I have left my number for them to call me back which never happens! So disappointing as friends who work for Vox guaranteed me that there are rarely problems! Really disgusting customer service!
