VOX WORST FIBER SELUTION

Good day my Name is anthonie muller .(I am finished strugling with VOX i receve a cancelation fee and fiber charge of R4000 ) we have been waiting for vox for 3 months to come out to complete the fiber setup and still waiting and recived an email saying cancelatio of service altho i have not canceld any VOX fiber , and i have had no internet acsess due to technition not comming out .serves delivery is very poor . I am verry unhappy even when you fon the line to sort it out the answer we get is ( ISH I DONT KNOW).
