Vox - Worse Internet Service Provider

I have tried to cancel my two contracts without any success. They just keep on telling me “no cancellation logged” which just extends my service with another calendar month. A service that is off more than its on and we have therefore moved over to another service provider yet I’m STILL paying for my Vox service which I’m not even using!! WORSE SERVICE EVER!😡😡😡
