Spoke to Michael 18 Feb he came to premises and said yes there's a problem, left, no solution, spoke to Mohammed 23 Feb says there's a problem, and he will put me through to the right department to sort it out, he puts me through the the call centre that has nothing to do with my problem. All throughout this, nobody has phoned me back with a solution, I have to keep phoning vox... vox (with a lower case v you don't deserve a upper case v) well done in lowering the bar even more than I thought possible.
