Hi: Madelein Will you kindly advise on the attached statement and correspondence? 28 January 2020 you confirmed that the account is in good standing?? End of February 2020 and to date, we owe more than what we are in agreement with VOX? We have put VOX on notice to cap our amount to R800.00 and that was agreed and confirmed on the 14 August 2019 that account has been capped and will not be held liable of any amount beyond that over internal errors caused from VOX.
