VOX WIFI CONNECTION

Hi I have switched over to Vox two months ago and since inception i have'nt have a stable 30min watching tv nor meetings. I have called several times and they keep telling me that they will send a technician out. Till this day no one has come out. They also mislead customers by asking for they account numbers even if you tell them you prefer to pay cash. They advices that its just for record keeping. I told them that i want to cancel because I'm not happy at all and i refuse to pay for their cancelation fee.
