Vox WhatsApp and calls are not answered
I paid my account at 8:50am this morning and I have been holding on call since 9am to get a response on why I am not reactivated

If your service has been suspended.
Kindly note that EFT payments will only be unsuspended once the payment has reflected in our bank account.
Do note that payment allocation may take up to 24 hours.
A proof of payment or immediate EFT payment will not lift a suspension on your account until the payment has been allocated.
To avoid unnecessary delays in activation of services, we urge you to make use of the Vox Customer Zone at www.vox.co.za to make payments, This will results in immediate activation of services.
