Vox, what Vox dont seem to care and is worst ISP in my opinion

Absolutely shocking service from VOX.

For days now I have tried unsuccesfully to get Vox to connect my fibre, but yhey can not get it done.

I have a fibre point in my premises, its a simple connect and configure install. But together with Vumatel they can not get their act together.

Endless phone calls, emails and whatsup chat queries just generate repettitive answers wkth no active action following.

Impossible to speak to project managers and management intervention seems impossible

Absolutely disgusting setvice, amd your competitors must be smiling as we run away from Vox to find a OSP provider that can actually deliver on their promises
