Vox - what a joke! NO SERVICE AT ALL

Vox Telecom, the worst custom experience I’ve ever had. Fiber had been down for over a week and every day I have to call them for an update. I physcally had to get them on a call with Vumatel (which has the best customer service ever) so that Vuma can tell Vox they are in the wrong. How can this be possible. You are a service provider yet that’s the opposite of what I’m getting.

If you think about fiber or connection don’t go with Vox you will be disappointed!!
