Vox (what a headache!!!!!)

I concluded my contract with Vox since last year September, at which point they were meant to come and collect their router. I had made arrangements for the wall mounted unit to be collected and this didn't happen in the correct manner. They then sent a courier and not a technician to retrieve the device and the courier did know what to do, so I sent him off and told him I would handle it.

I now have been handed over to debt collectors for not complying with there collection policies after endless calls and emails giving them times and dates to come to collect their router.

I am having no joy with this process and I am not fighting them for money but principle. If there are infractions on my side, I'm willing to take on what that means but this is not something I did and now I'm the one stuck in the predicament.

I wanted to cancel and get a different FTTH package but if this is how things are done then I don't want to deal with VOX
