Vox what a ****

This is without doubt the worst email service provider, I opened my email account at my connection in 1998, who was later bought by vox. You pay R200 per month for 1gig of email space every year in Jan vox delete all your emails and when you ask what happened it is we do not know. The system is off on a regular basis, try and phone some one to get answers the robot you talk to informs you send a mail. When you send a e-mail forget to ever receive answer as to what is happening. I checked and for R45 there is other service provider that will give a email service for R39 per month with 30 gig of storage. I would never recommend vox to anyone. I pay my subscription a year in advance. The absolute apathy towards clients is shocking. I wish them well but you are not getting my business anymore. What a waste this company is.
