VOX want R7000 for nothing???
Interesting to see Vox has a 1 rating once they actually provide a service BUT my trouble starts before any service has been provided. I signed up online for VOX but couldn't get my line cancelled from Telkom = Vox could not provide a service. I had to cancel and now they want to charge my almost R7000 despite not providing any service at all. What makes it worse is that they do not respond to emails or call and will not address the fact that they COULD NOT provide the service we had contracted. They did however find time to send their credit collection agency who somehow manages to return my calls and emails rather quickly (funny that?). BUT I am not unreasonable and so I challenged them to come install their service if they deny my claim that they cannot provide the service and once I have used 1 meg of data at the promised speeds I would pay for the entire contract period upfront and in cash - does this sound unfair or unreasonable? VOX will nto reply to this challenge!!!!
