VOX, wake up

In the beginning, VOX was good, except for the installation that had so many bad turns, but nonetheless, they were good. The past few months we’ve been experiencing a lot of internet outages without communication about it. I rely on my internet to do work and to be productive. Our internet speed has drastically decreased to a point that we can’t even watch something with decent quality.

This past week our internet has been extremely unreliable due to unexpected outages, a minimum of 3 times a day stretching to 3hours downtime every time. I completely understand that things might go wrong, but for the life of me, fix it or communicate to YOUR customers that you’re experiencing technical difficulties.

The thing that leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth is customer support. To put it into simpler term, there is none. I’ve reached out countless times and they can’t help me.

I logged an error and they closed the ticket without any communication or solutions.

I am currently paying for a service I cannot enjoy. We never had this many problems with Webafrica.
