VOX VUMATEL fail.

hello All internet surfers. I invested in a fibre account with Vox in January 2019. One of my devices, my main computer, would not connect to the wifi name, but could connect to an older wifi name for the same router(we changed the name because the technician made a mistake with the first name). Nowadays the older name doesn't show up anymore, only the new name of the router so I tried to get them to fix it once and for all. Long story short, after receiving no answer to my emails over the months, I phoned them on Saturday, and spent an hour on the phone with no success at all. In fact, I am worse off now because NO devices can connect to the wifi anymore, AT ALL. I subsequently sent an email on Saturday to cancel my account with them, since they don't do these things over weekends. As COB today, NO-ONE has bothered to cancel my account! How much longer am I supposed to pay for something I CANNOT even use anymore?

VOX, come remove your hardware from my house.
