VOX voxes it up again

Just had my account suspended on 1st December due to my account being in arrears of R11.37. We short paid in November, and were due to pay today. But not for this "top service" company. Our account is R1246.00 per month. I gave notice of my termination of this contract today after 24 frustrating and poor service months. My account was suspended during lockdown as we were 2 days late in paying. This is a useless company to be avoided at all costs
