Vox, Vox Vox

On 05 December 2022 I signed a contract with Vox head office. On 22 Dec a company came but was unable to do the job because they had to wait for the municipality to cut branches in my landlords yard and she said no. On 18 Jan 2023 I contacted Vox and they forgot about me. I told them the story all over again and also told them AGAIN there is a Vumatel box on the property they must just connect me. After 20 emails the contract was signed again for Vumatel. Nothing happened. I must use my expensive data for emails, phone calls and WhatsApp to contact them. Not once will they keep me informed. On Sunday it will be 2 months that I am waiting for a company that are not interested in business and have absolutely no communication skills and surely not proud of their company. I have all my emails, whatsapp messages and the phone calls with names on Truecaller.
