VOX VOBI VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

App**** for a vox vobi telephone number and had problems and more problems right from the start. No internet, had to change to their MTN internet, still could not make or receive any calls. Then they wanted me to by their modem to solve the problem. They are only chasing money and they do not give you all the correct information from the start and as you run into problems they want you to buy more and more of their products. Eventually I got so desponded and irritated that I cancelled the service because I could not use it. It is about two months later and the still have not refunded me for a service I could not use. Please be aware of their inferior service!
