VOX...... Very Unprofessional

so ive been having issues with Vox for quite some time. recently i requested the username and password to get into my router. it was then fowarded to me with incorrect details. after calling them on Friday for 20 min and then again for another 10 thereafter still not being able to supple me the correct deatils. they then said they would call back. following wednesday.....no call call back. i then requested to cancel my contract. in doing so they called me with the procedure to do so. i then gave the operater the oppertunity to try resolve cancelling the contract. in turn he told me i was yelling at him which was not the case AT ALL. as i have witnesses. given the reaction i decide i no longer want unresolved issues with them and cancelled the contract. for a large company, they are very unprofessional. They have zero phone or business ethics
