Vox -- utter frustration!
Vox.... total disappointment! After lodging a complaint of internet connection down, NO reaction after 3 day. NO solution after numerous calls. After promises of sending out a technician, nothing. Calls to them resulted in more promises and even lies that they did contact us... no such logs on our phones. Useless and UTTERLY frustrating. We run a business from home and cannot afford 3 days without connection...
