VOX useless customer service

We are moving to Cape Town and have asked VOX if we can arrange for everything to be moved from Pretoria to CT. They said I must cancel my contract and re-apply for a new one, of which I did. I send emails to to VOX asking if they can please arrange to do the installation on 1 December, because this is for my work and I need to work. Now after I signed the new contract I don't get ANY respond from the. Again I asked this morning to confirm that everything is in order......NO response. It is amazing how the love to let you know about their T's & C's and and they love to use it every time and when it comes to customer service they are useless and cant help. I will never recommend this service provider to anyone.

Reviewer Update
After writing a review and Vox said that they will look into the matter and come back to me. They have not done anything. Not even a phone call. This is unacceptable. I will never recommend VOX to anyone. I can't believe that businesses are so useless and don't give a **** about their customers.
