Vox useless
Bad bad useless customer service internet goes down multiple times a day I can't leave them because of free installation that I have to pay when leaving their useless services stay away from vox telecom there is much beter even rain is beter than vox

And then also tell me why should I pay my full bill every month but you can't keep up your side?

01 Sept 2021, 20:20And again my internet is down. I've managed to whatsapp my sales agent who sold this **** to me but he doesn't respond I also managed to get a ticket log in from sending an email. But again that's a automated email service. So who knows if someone is getting the email who knows my internet down? Who is going to tell me that they are attending to the matter. Who who who VOX is an *********** provider they care more about their cazebo's on street corners and handing out free hats and ***. And paying 3 people at each cazebo to sell ***. Instead of hiring a professional to fix this problem. Bad vox bad
