Vox unprofessional
This is the worst service ever . I moved to a new place and they failed to arrange technician to assist with installation. They charged me for February without no fibre and they are charging me for March still I have no internet even it's my last month because I'm moving to cool ideas. But I wouldn't recommend them for anyone they are a nightmare.

27 Feb 2023, 20:14I quote from a reply in my email "With the above quoted - Customer is therefore liable to service 1 month notice on the old premises and also pay the new month's fee for the new premises". In my case I am not paying for a new month fee because I am moving to another ISP. My question is in February I did not have internet and for March I will no longer be with Vox but im entitle to pay and this is a month to month contract. Why must I pay twice without receiving any service? Why must I cancel and be double charged just for relocating when I was still with the same isp?
