Vox unable to deliver.

Information regarding a VoIP contract with Vox Vox is one of the worse companies I had the misfortune to deal with. We have app**** on 15 March 2022 for a contract. That contract was approved and even had a ticket number just to be canceled by "someone" on their team. A second request was send...with the same result. The third attempt was make... only account number was given. We visit their office and email was send. We received a reply via whatapp that the email for send to the wrong "Kurt". Needless to say... Vox either has an employer who does not know they are doing or they really do not want or need business. This firm is really a waste of time.
