VOX / TT CONNECT - WORST

Honestly if I could give them no star I would! I opened up an account with them four weeks ago for a package that went through TT Connect. I have been calling and email numerous of people throughout the four weeks and no one could assist in advising when the installation would take place. FOUR weeks later Vox then decides to tell us that VUMA bought over TT Connect and that we would have to pick another (more expensive package). We signed and opened up an account with an amount we would've had to pay but now we are forced to pay a higher rate? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE FEEDBACK. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THEM AS THEY MESS YOU AROUND AND PROVIDE NO REAL SERVICE OTHER THAN THAT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
