VOX Treats Loyal Customers Like Trash

I've had VOX for 2 years, I moved house, stayed with VOX but missed the free installation promo by 2 days but was only informed of this much later. I have now been with VOX for nearly 4 years but they refuse to cover the @vumatel R1000 installation (which they currently give new customers for free).

After countless calls with them they are not budging. They are happy to lose a long term customer over a R999 Vumatel installation fee AND pay for a courier to fetch a router.
