Vox transfer of contract

Trying to cancel my account as I am moving. Vox telecom especially Clinton Green who is the channel manager in Durban. I was referred to him from Joburg to cease my account or transfer to a new tenant. I have asked him multiple times if a the new tenant can use their bank account as it’s from Botswana and he refuses to respond. This is a tactic to keep me paying as apparently they can’t do changeover during billing periods which commences on 25 of each month. Month to month contracts but they they claim this. bS and all they do is con you into paying charge cancellations. Please can you get Clinton to respond as this is the only way. Or I will be blasting him and Vox over social media. I run multiple businesses and have friends who are influencers with great followings and will happily blast Vox reduce your consumers
