VOX. THE WORST ISP

I have more time for Eskom than VOX. What an *********** bunch of people. I reachrd out to them and have each and every bit of evidence how useless they are. I have an open line with VOX that can not seem to be cancelled do therefore I can not go to another ISP. Openserve and Afrihost krep telling me the problem lies with VOX l. Vox said it is cancelled, I have asked for nadine for a cancellation letter and she said she wil send it Asap. I got nothing. My matter keeps getting "escalated". Escalated where? Escalated to whom? A ghost? They escalate my case away from them since they are too *********** and neverminded to actually DEAL WITH THE ISSUE AT HAND. Stay away from VOX. You wil just shave years of your life from utter frustration.
