Vox the worst
My biggest mistake was coming to vox. Pathetic service. Internet that doesn't work. Can't get hold of anyone and tickets are closed before it has been resolved. Had issues since before going live with them. My biggest regret for 2023

09 Oct 2023, 09:36Good day, yes a very helpful and clued up technician came to assist. this guy knew what he was doing and corrected what the previous technician did not do. the range has improved some what, he did as best he could. I will give it some time as we are still having some upload and fluctuating speed issues. This Mikrotik routers are not best, I received better speeds and range from my older router.
