Vox the worst

I have changed premises and have been trying to cancel my old contract and get the new installation done at my new place.

I have been promised and **** to repeatedly and not a single agent has taken responsibility and keeps blaming higher management and refuses to give me any details for management.

Absolutely pathetic and to make it worse, I was debited this morning for a service I haven't used for a month! And I still do not have installed at my residence!

Disgusting to say the least
