Vox the time waisters

Think twice before signing up with this lot. I app**** early May for a fibre line, first they ask for documents one at a time instead of once off from the beginning, so that extended the time to install by a week or more, then they ive the wrong address to the openserv installers not once but twice so the installers refused to commence installation. I email, use the whats app, et umpteen promises - not a single call back, emaisl ignored... so unprofessional. I dropped them and app**** with WebAfrica rather. Total waste of a month of my time. Think twice before using these unprofessional time waisters.
