VOX the stay away from company

If there was an option to not pick a star, this would be that time. VOX has been nothing but trouble since I first got hold of them about setting up my adsl line, as Telkom, without warning, cuts both our adsl line and landline. On VOXs website, where it says check coverage, they say that adsl, at 4Mbps, is available, so I start the process to get it done, as they have said that they have taken over Telkoms copper cable infrastructure. I get an answer back from them saying it will take 4 to 6 weeks for Openserve to come and check the line, so we can get 4Mbps, all good and well. Next thing I know, they come back saying that there is no adsl in our area and they cannot supply. If you want to advertise that you have a product, make damn well sure that you actually have it before marketing it.
