vox the extoter

i requested internet for my house, and was told that vox is the one servicing my area, and i contacted them placed an order with them. the next weekend their Technicians came for the installations , and a week later the router was also delivered. to my suprise i never even got any support call from vox agent , the only thing i got was a debit mandate in the middle of the month which i disputed stating that the debit should start on the 1st of the month. i never connected to any of their networks since the day of installations , i never used any of their services since the day of installations . but now i am being harrased with the invoice of more than R2000 . is this how you run your business vox ?. getting people to subscribe under you then ****** money from them?.i am really annoyed as i didn,t sign any contract with them , my sin was to request internet for my household and now i have to pay for mahala. stay away from this ****
