Vox the absolute worst service

I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received for this account since inception. I have never experienced such disregard for customer satisfaction. In November 2020, we placed an order for a 3CX PABX telephone service, Internet and Printer rental. It has been the most unpleasant business experience ever. Due to the fact that fibre was not active at the location, the Accounts Manager - Tarin Solomon indicated Vox will issue me with me a temporary LTE service as well a Vobi telephone service as the deployment of the PABX will take a few weeks. This I understood as we were entering December and most manufacturers shut down during that time. The Vobi solution was explained to me that it will be a "Best Effort Service", which I completely understood. The 3CX PABX service promised, was best suited to a fibre installation as it would requires a stable internet connection for optimal service. I also understood this. The LTE router and Vobi activation took place in December 2020 and we experienced continuous call dropping and unstable internet, much to the frustration for our business. The allocated data package was also hopelessly insufficient, which meant we had to always request top up service. This process was somewhat tedious which resulted in unnecessary downtime. Fibre installation, PABX deployment and Kyocera printer installation was scheduled for January 2021. This never happened as promised. January came and went and we still did not receive the services we signed up for. The fibre contractor came on site and said trenching was needed and there will be a delay. The PABX service was not available due to supply shortage and the printer was delivered only in February 2021 - also due to a supplier issue. Printer The printer arrived and it was not able to do the basic scan function. We logged the fault with support and they spent 3 weeks remotely trying to rectify the problem. Eventually the remote technician said he will have to send someone onsite to sort out the problem. This technician arrived and also could not solve the problem and indicated that the printer will be swapped out. When the new printer arrived in April 2021, we experienced the same issue. At this point I requested a cancellation of the printer. The cancellation request was ignored, instead Goodwill called me frantically to set up a remote installation Needless to say, he never committed to the appointment. He eventually called 2 weeks later to apologise, this was early in May 2021 to complete the installation process. At this point I was fedup and demanded a cancellation of the service. Goodwill then asked for one last attempt to rectify the problem. I granted him that , and he solved the problem by installing the correct drivers during the seutp process. To get this service up and running optimally took 5 months. the following day for the setup of the printer and said he knows what to do. Needless to say, he never committed to the appointment. I was told they would try and get another service provider to speed up the process. This sadly never happened. We were eventually informed that the trenching process takes up to 6 months to be deployed. This was never communicated to us in January 2021. We were left in limbo and expected to accept this poor service. The fibre trenching eventually took place in May 2021, 21 May 2021 to be exact. However, when Vox sent sent out the installation technician, he mentioned that he cannot complete the process as he needs cables to run to all the devices as it cannot operate on WiFi. This was puzzling and extremely upsetting. Because Vox had already cancelled the LTE service to allow for the Fibre service, we were left without internet. The Technician then proceeded to take our own back up personal LTE router that was in the office and decided to use our own PERSONAL router to operate the VOX service. I was left speechless by this behaviour when I found out about it. What disturbed me even more was that it was not the first time a VOX techinician had done this. Right now I don't have fibre connection and my own personal router is being used for internet connection LTE SERVICE AND PABX When we ran out of data earlier during May 2021, and because we always experience a massive delay when out of bundle, I leave a spare router and sim( which is not from VOX) on the premises, just to prevent downtime. My staff switched the router on and found that the sim was removed and there was a Vox supp**** Vodacom sim inserted. I then asked them where my Telkom sim was, and they said the Vox technician decided to take our simcard and insert it into the Vox router to ensure we could make calls on the PABX router supp****. After reporting it to support and Vannessa Smith, they sent out a technician to resolve the matter. Nobody could explain why my own PERSONAL items were issued for a VOX service I signed and paid for. This was scandalous behaviour, not becoming of a major Telecom company. Eventually, they decided to get a VOX Telkom sim and gave me back my Telkom simcard. As of today, we still have not been able to utilise the 3CX service we paid for as well as not received any training in this regard. As you can see, this has been an awful Vox experience and I hereby request to cancel the service as a resolution to this. My business has over a period of 6 months been severely negatively impacted by this, and I don't see a solution to the problem. It will be best to refund me the expenses I have incurred for this poor service. The agents i have dealt with re this account to date are: Tarin Solomon Ayesha Van Keresten Tasniem Bardien Marle Le Roux Vanessa Smith

The sales team quite honestly is never able to resolve the issue which as you would find if you bothered to read the complaint in its entirety from December 2020 however I will allow you to try and find a resolution before I take this matter as far as I legally can as we are lossing a lot of money due to your bad service. As a up and coming service centre for a international appliance brand we cannot afford any down time on any communication devices
