Vox terrible wifi supplier

Ive sent an cancelation email on the 4th of March. As we're moving houses and you anyhow never gets through when calling them you hold on for hours without assistance. Today some idiot phoned me as I said that our email for cancelation was sent yesterday. He keeps on saying 30 calendar days. 4th March till 4th April gives you 30 calendar days. They only want to cancel us end of April. Never use them as they try to ****** more money from clients. Acc nr: ***
