VOX TERRIBLE SERVICE/ VOX ********/ BEWARE OF VOX
I joined Vox 21/12/2023. They promised to deliver a Microtik Router - to no avail. I used my own Huawei router which they sent me configurations for. Worked for 2 days. Then it was off, throughout Christmas, New years i waited for the router and had NO INTERNET. when they opened in January, we sorted out connection after over 20 calls to them, on my very same Huawei router.
1 feb 2024 I moved house, to another fiber ready house(same complex). Vox advised to me cancel old contract and open new one for the new house. I did that. They didnt receive 1 payment on time and cancelled the new order as well. Now they sent me email saying they want their hardware back ( WHAT HARDWARE). they never even sent the router till this day. They want to charge me R1700.00 for cancelling contract from one house to the next (Which they asked me to do). This companies service has been atrocious to say the least. And now they want to rob me further on non-existent monies for Router i never even received. I have called them numerous times to rectify, I have been on hold for 20 minutes at a time till i have to end call.
VOX is not the way to go.

As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
