Vox terrible service don’t bother

You should consider having a zero star for establishments like Vox Telecom because a one star is way too flattering for them. They have an uncouth, badly trained Credit Controller named Melissa Neer who shoots her mouth like a drunken bar lout, never lets you get a word in and is at the point of shouting…what horrible service. Good luck if you try calling or emailing them to sort anything out, three statements attached to one email with three different prices is just the start: then you’re going to be billed three times what was advertised and nobody bothers to explain the glaring discrepancy, when they do call they unleash a loose cannon like Melissa on you…A bunch of ******!!!! Do not waste your time with these people, save yourself some drama and unnecessary headache and search elsewhere for a reputable service provider. Ohhh…. I’ve been with them for three weeks.
