Vox terrible service
Vox is the worst ISP they don’t follow up with their customers and it is impossible to get hold of them my mother is a stage four kidney disease patient and her home dialysis relies on a strong internet connection to communicate with the hospital we have been waiting over 3weeks for the installation this is poor unacceptable service.

21 Oct 2020, 12:42This is the second day vox telecom is not responding to me this is poor service they told me vumatel would contact me on monday I phoned vumatel today and I'm not even registered on their system so vox has **** to me I am outraged at the level of service they give!
