VOX terrible service

Please think twice before ordering a Fiber through VOX. We are currently in the middle of the worst service experience in a very long time. No communication between them and the installer. Whenever I call the one pass the buck to the other one. Not once did they followup or communicate on progress, I have probably made 12 calls between VOX and SADV - NO OWNERSHIP. UNBELIEVABLE.
