Vox Telkom to be avoided

After selling me on their packages - the contact ended there - absolute nightmare to deal with these people. After missing appointments, arriving without the necessary tools, failing to fulfil what was promised - they are now invoicing me to cancel a service that was active for less than 5 minutes. Avoid these guys at all costs and save yourselves a lot of stress. Shocking service, shocking treatment of customers.
